Nectar Catering is a division of Salterns Harbourside Hotel based in
Poole, Dorset. We supply outside catering, and on-site catering for
Parties, BBQ's, Weddings and Special Events. Based in Poole, Dorset
we provide catering services to private individuals and companies
requiring a professional service and outside caterers. Please

Please Note:
All menu's require one of our chefs, priced at £12.99 per
hour, and one waiter priced at £10.99 per hour. Based on
serving approx. 20 guests. Plates, cutlery, napkins, table
wear, glassware & furniture all available for hire and
priced on request.
* All menu choices can be prepared especially to your
tastes.
* The minimum number of guests we cater for is 20, and the
party must be within 20 miles of Poole town centre
Terms & Conditions:
* A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking.
Payment in full must be made no later than 30 working days
before the function date.
* All menus either arrive hot and ready to serve or we will
require full use of the serving house kitchen up to 2 hours
before serving and 2 hours after serving to heat and or
refrigerate food. We will leave the kitchen exactly as we
found it.
* Food will be stored and cooked to appropriate
Environmental Health regulations. The event organiser will
sign a disclaimer and take full responsibility for any food
left at the venue.
* As all our food is produced in a kitchen that handles
types of nuts, soya, shellfish & dairy, we will NOT
GUARANTEE that any of our food is free from nuts, soya,
shellfish, seed or dairy products.
* Our staff will not be held responsible for any damages to
equipment being used by the event organiser.
* Food and drinks will be served at the specified times
given by the organiser, overruns will result in further
charging.
* Nectar catering reserve the right to change prices and
menus with no notice.
